My name is Hannah Bradley, I am a rhino keeper at The Wilds in Cumberland, Ohio where we manage breeding herds of both Southern White rhinos and Greater One-Horned Asian rhinos. I started at The Wilds as a seasonal while completing my animal science degree. After studying abroad in South Africa I returned with an even stronger interest and passion for rhino conservation. I conducted a small behavioral study on the Southern White herd and quickly realized that truly understanding these animals required working alongside them. Volunteering to help clean rhino barns lead to me obtaining a seasonal role in the animal management department that I held for 4 years. In 2021 I was hired as a full-time swing…
